Before you book
What's the minimum booking?
Each host sets their own minimum- usually 2 to 4 hours. It's shown on every listing before you book.
Can I cancel?
It depends on the listing's own policy, shown before you pay: Flexible, Standard (the usual one) or Non-Refundable. Standard gives you a full refund 7 or more days ahead, half between 2 and 7 days, and nothing inside 48 hours.
Do I pay the host directly?
Never. Every rupee moves through Wedge, so both sides get a timestamped receipt.
Can I bring my own caterer or DJ?
Most hosts allow it. Check the house rules section on the listing- it's always spelled out.
Will I know the exact address before I book?
We only share the exact address after you book. Until then, you'll see an approximate location.
